Multiple world champions Mike Holt and Rob Woelfel (USA) will once again be attending the International 5O5 Australian Championship in January. "This is the 4th year in a row we have come "down under" for this regatta" said Mike Holt who is the current Australian open champion after winning the 2019 event on lake Macquarie in NSW. "It is one of the best events on the annual calendar that we try not to miss".

The International 5O5 events around the world are becoming more and more 'international' with ten Australian teams joining the European, US, Canadian and South African teams at great European venues throughout the last northern summer. So it’s great to have the international teams join us here for our Australian titles for the first of the 2020 events.
This year multiple French 5O5 champion Phillippe Boite is also borrowing a boat and attending so expect the racing to be as close and competitive as usual.
